Agilent 81623B Photo Detector Head with a FC Fiber Adapter (price lowered)

On display for sale here is a used, Agilent optical detector modeled 81623B with a fiber adapter for FC PC connector interface. The 81623B optical power head provides accurate power measurements with a large area detector in a remote head for flexible positioning. Functionality includes averaging time settings from 100 µs to 10 s, automatic power ranging, monitoring of minimum and maximum values and logging up to 20k samples.

• Wide wavelength range: 750 – 1800 nm
• 5 mm diameter detector for fiber NA to 0.3 and open beams
• Special calibration option: ±2.5% uncertainty 800 – 1000 nm
• Special calibration option: ±1.7% uncertainty 1000 – 1650 nm
The detector head was thoroughly checked and it’s front window is free from any laser damage mark and the AR coating is near perfect. The detector was functionally confirmed too with an Agilent 8164A power meter mainframe and a 81619 dual channel interface. Attached photos show low light reading: 2.498nW (head covered) and high light reading: 0.65mW (some 1550nm laser light to it). Unlike other sellers, we fully verify the unit before listing to guarantee its functionality.
14-day return allowed on functional defects with buyer to pay for return shipping. Other return will be charged with a 15% restocking fee. It is a used device and has normal wearing signs visible.
