Tips:
How to tell AC or DC
1.
Headlights turn on with key, DC.  Headlights turn on with engine,AC;
Engine does not run without batter, DC. Engine runs without battery, AC.

2.Look at the right side of the plug.. the DC type only have 1 wire, the AC have 2 wires
.
3.To test the bottom right pin (6). Assuming that the fuse is good and the battery is charged, turn the ignition on but do not attempt to start the bike. If pin 6 has +12v present, it's DC, if not, it's AC (and can present over 50v AC when cranking).
