Custom Made 2-Axis Adjustable Stage

Up for sale is a nice optical mount / stage setup.
This is a 2-Axis adjustable optic holding mount, it seems to have a really nice custom base setup.
Total length is 4.5". The detachable cylinder part is under 2" in outer diameter and 2" length. It can hold 1-3/8" (36 mm) optics. This holder can be tilted using the fine screw visible in Figure 3.
A fine screw on the left allows to translate the lens holder by ~ 5 mm along bottom side.
