ENVIROSIGHT QUICKVIEW SEWER LINE PIPE INSPECTION (Battery pack shell)

The Quickview system, when all parts are obtained, makes a system with a camera, camera controller, vest, battery pack, portable video viewer/recorder and a long pole.  It was believed to enable inspection and recording of video for city underground pipe systems.  So far the video recorder was already sold.  Other remaining parts will be sold in separate lots.  This lot only includes what is shown in photos and included in the next paragraph's description.
This lot includes the vest, battery cells still wired together in battery pack and it's ac charger shown in photos.  The batteries must be in such old/poor condition that they can not hold a charge.  As seen in photo 1 and 2, when the charger is connected to the battery pack still internally connected in the carry vest, the charger shows it is charging.  But unfortunately I could never get the voltage high enough on a multimeter to show it was holding a charge.  Therefore, this is sold as broken so a buyer can use this ones "framework" with new cells to get a new battery pack. Be aware the pack will be expensive to make.  I believe the cheapest I seen the cells online was each for the 11 cells need for the Sanyo/Panasonic OEM version.  I think my local Interstate Battery retailer would install the cells into the pack for about 0.  Since I do not believe I could necessarily get that additional 0 out of a sale, I left it un-repaired.
