The FMM3109PG is designed for non-return to zero operation in optical networks and features a rise/fall time of 40 ps, and measured jitter of 4 ps. The power consumption is rated at 0.5 A, and the output voltage is 3 Vpp for the modulator-integrated laser and differential input modulator.
