    Description

    Our 6" Jigs sharpen knives 3 - 8" long
    Our 12" Jigs sharpen knives 4 - 16" long
    Sharpening Instructions:
Step 1 . Put one knife in each of the two brass slots and tighten the set screws (just snug) on the corners first, insuring the knives are down all the way in the slot, then tighten the rest of the screws. Don't over tighten
    .
Step 2. On a flat surface covered with Deulen six pak of 2-3/4" x 18" adhesive sandpaper, draw the knives back and forth with even strokes using mild pressure. When the edge gets shiny, move up to finer grits until desired edge is achieved
As shown in pic 3, it sharpens just the edge, making a stronger, sharper, micro-bevel edge for better performance.
