Q: How close are your manuals to the original?
A: As close as I can get them. I scan my originals at 600 dpi then edit out any flaws and color match them as close as possible. Next, I cut them to the same size as the original. A REPRODUCTION logo appears on the inside cover, for obvious reasons, which is the only outstanding difference. Paper is slightly thicker, and I use gloss or matte finish to reproduce whatever was originally used in a particular manual. All this being said, no repro will be 100 percent exact in color or texture or indistinguishable from the original under scrutiny. Q: Can I get a manual without the REPRODUCTION logo?
A: No.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Mhhhmmh...maybe. Shipping is problematic in the ridiculous expense of it all. Mostly over twice the cost of the product itself. I have shipped manuals only, (without cases) by regular mail with some backing and had no issues. Best to message me with any questions regarding that.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes. you can add multiple items to cart and request an updated invoice. It does help to message me prior so I don't miss anything.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: I have no set parameters for discounts on multiple orders but try to make things as inexpensive as possible. This is a hobby for me and a labor of love. all prices are bottom line to cover cost of equipment and supplies and no where near cover any kind of labor I put in.
Q: What if i don't like the product?
A: Everything I sell is guaranteed or your money back. Quality customer service is my mantra on E-Bay and in life.
Q: Do you sell manuals or inserts only?
A: Yes, I have dabbled in listings that have multiple options for this but they are very time consuming to make and create havoc with my inventory. Bulk cases are cheap and inserts are easy to make so I just include them for free. A manual only won't change the price, but shipping will be less. The exception is manuals for Saturn, PS1 and Sega CD that come in aftermarket long boxes. These are expensive and ordering a manual only will significantly decrease the price.
Q: What can you make?
A: Just about everything in my collection. I can make most Saturn, Sega CD and Dreamcast manuals. I have a very strong PS1 and PS2 collection. I also have a "little" bit of everything else back to the Atari 2600. Even rarer stuff like NEO GEO AES, Jaguar CD and Vectrex. Feel free to contact me for a particular title.
Q: Do you take requests?
A: I try to whenever I can. A good portion of my collection is based on what people want to see made. It takes a full work day to properly produce a manual and special requests can take a long time if I can do them.
